Is this really custom or is it just a template you send everyone?
It's really custom. Your program is built around your goals, your schedule, the equipment you have access to, and where you're starting from. We don't hand you a PDF and wish you luck.
How do I communicate with my coach? Through the app: unlimited messaging and video support. Your coach is in your corner as real life happens, not just at your next scheduled check-in.
What equipment do I need?
That depends on your program. We build around what you have like dumbbells at home, a full gym, or anything in between. Tell us in your intake form and we'll build accordingly.
What does a weekly check-in look like? Every week you submit a written and video check-in through the app. Your coach reviews it, responds with real feedback, and adjusts your plan as needed. It's a conversation not a form response.
Can I do online training if I'm also a studio member? Yes. Some members use online programming to supplement what they do in the studio. We'll make sure it works together, not against each other.
What happens if I travel or life gets in the way? That's exactly what your coach is for. Plans get adjusted. Workouts get modified. We work around your life — not the other way around.
What's the difference between training only and training + Diet Rebellion? Training builds the structure. Diet Rebellion fuels the results. When you pair both, your coach can see the full picture and build a plan that actually makes sense for your body and your goals. It's the difference between making progress and making real progress.

Note: custom programming is not included in nutrition-only. If you're nutrition-only, a 6-week dumbbell strength program is available but there is no customization.
