How much weight can I expect to lose?
This depends on how lean you already are, how long you've been dieting, and whether your goal is lifestyle change or a specific event. We ask all of this in your intake form so your coach can set realistic expectations from day one.
What makes this different from a DIY program? Diet Rebellion is high-touch coaching. Your program is built around your goals, your body, your schedule, your travel, the time you have, and the equipment available. You truly have a coach by your side — not a generic plan you're trying to apply to your real life.
What if I don't want to track my food?
Then we are not the right program for you — and we mean that with total respect. Our coaching is highly data-driven. Tracking isn't optional here, it's the foundation. While we can offer meal plan suggestions and recipes, the results our clients get come from understanding the data. If you're not ready to track, we're not the right fit right now.
How will I know if I'm doing the exercises correctly? All programming comes with tutorial videos. On top of that you have direct access to your coach for form questions via the portal — unlimited messaging is included.
Can I do nutrition only, or do I need training too?
Yes, nutrition-only is an option. However, if your goal is to lose fat AND keep muscle, you must be weight training. If you're not already training, we strongly recommend the nutrition + online programming option so we can build that piece for you too.
Is nutrition included in all programs?
Not automatically. For a dedicated nutrition program you'll opt in for nutrition coaching or nutrition + programming combined. That said, your coach will always make general recommendations so your training feels good and your energy is on point regardless of which option you choose.,
