Your trial starts the moment you purchase. From there, you book your classes and show up.
One class per day
You get access to one class type per day during your trial. Enough to build a routine, not so much that you burn out in week one.
Try the same classes both weeks
We suggest sticking to the same class types across your two weeks. This is intentional, you'll actually feel how we progress movement week over week. That's the SweatLocal difference in action.

You're not left to figure it out alone. Our coaches will meet you where you are, help you select the right weights, and make sure you're moving well.

We use traditional strength training as the foundation of everything. You won't burpee. You won't box jump. You will get stronger.
